An invitation to the art of Pole and Burlesque
Welcome!
I am Porcelain Dahlia. I am a Colorado native, and since I was a child, I have been passionate about teaching. I started performing burlesque back in 2011. I fell in love with the pageantry, sensuality, and creativity of the art form. After performing as a solo burlesque artist for many years, I took time off here and there, and during that time, I explored other forms of dance and expression, including belly dance and pole fitness.
I was immediately hooked by pole! I quickly became a regular student at my local pole studio. This was in 2017. I spent lots of time learning and progressing with pole. I have had many teachers over the years, and I remember what clicked with me and what didn't work so well.
In 2022, I started teaching burlesque, then pole shortly after, at a few pole studios. In the fall of 2024, I started teaching out of my home. I love being able to have my own space for teaching and to be able to make my schedule.
I love sharing my knowledge with my students. There is nothing better than when my students finally nail a pole trick that has been eluding them for a long time or when I see the spark of enthusiasm for the sensual decadence of burlesque.
I am an intuitive instructor who will assess your strengths and nurture those to help you achieve your goals. I work hard at creating an inviting and safe place for my clients. I teach with a playful sense of humor and with an infectious enthusiasm. I love to celebrate your wins!
In 2024, I spent 18 hours earning my pole teaching certification from XPERT Fitness. XPERT Fitness is internationally recognized and accredited by multiple fitness certifying organizations. Their teacher training programs are some of the most comprehensive courses in the market, and I am proud to be an XPERT Fitness certified instructor. You are in good hands with me!
